South Park Walkabouts
Festive evenings throughout South Park, where shops and businesses welcome visitors and the sounds of live music entertain walkers (and trolley riders) as they wander through our neighborhood. Each walkabout features:
* Live musical entertainment.
* Shops open late, many offering refreshments and specials.
* Free trolley from 6 to 10pm, with convenient stops at main shopping areas (Juniper, Grape and Beech Sts.).
* Special offerings at South Park restaurants, coffee shops and taverns.
* Free parking at Christ United Presbyterian Church (30th between Elm and Fir), and Gala Foods (corner of Grape & Fern), plus plenty of street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Visit South Park for the 12th annual Old House Fair on Saturday, June 19, 2010 from 10 am to 4 pm. This family-friendly festival showcases the historic homes of South Park and features the historic home tour, a neighborhood walking tour, live music, children’s activities and crafts, community booths, food vendors, and local artists and restoration experts. Headquarters for the Fair is at the South Park intersection at 30th and Beech Streets. Admission is free to the festival (tickets for some tours are available for purchase on event day).
